Pointe Welcomes Russ Elliott as Managing Broker
Pointe Commercial Real Estate is pleased to welcome Russ Elliott to the Pointe team as Managing Broker. Russ joined the principals of Pointe Property Group in May 2015 to form Pointe Commercial Real Estate, LLC.
We are excited to add Russ to our team. Russ, a respected commercial real estate broker, brings his 30 years of experience in the Chattanooga commercial real estate market to Pointe. As managing broker, Russ is responsible for leasing and managing Pointe Property Group’s prominent commercial properties such as The Pointe Centre and Lee Pointe, as well as handling marketing for third-party clients.
During his 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, Russ has built an impressive resume. He has completed more than 1,000 commercial real estate transactions during his successful career and has served as leasing agent and principal broker for Luken Holdings, the largest privately held owner of commercial property in Chattanooga. Prior to that, Russ worked with Chattanooga commercial real estate firm The Pryor Bacon Company.
Russ’s success, coupled with his involvement in commercial real estate industry organizations, give him the skills and experience to lead the Pointe Commercial Real Estate team. Russ holds two distinguished commercial real estate designations, including Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors ® (SIOR). Only six percent of the estimated 125,000 commercial real estate practitioners nationwide hold the coveted CCIM designation. SIOR represents the country’s most knowledgeable, experienced and successful commercial brokers. He holds both SIOR’s Office and Industrial Specialist designations. In addition, he is president of the Chattanooga Commercial Realtors Council and past president of the Greater Chattanooga Association of Realtors MLS Systems and the East Tennessee chapter of SIOR.
Russ embodies Pointe’s commitment to providing a higher quality real estate product with a higher level of service. He is skilled at negotiating and closing real estate transactions as well as working though construction of tenant finish improvements, both of which will greatly benefit Pointe’s clients.
