CHATTANOOGA, TN, May 10, 2020 – Russell Elliott, SIOR, CCIM and Managing Broker of Pointe Commercial Real Estate (PCRE) completed the sale of the former Lansing Building Products building located at 6233 Airpark Drive.

This 20,040 SF office and warehouse space was sold to Kendall Electric for it’s new Chattanooga branch location. This location will allow Kendall Electric to provide their Chattanooga customers a broad stock of electrical, lighting, automation and datacom supplies. “We were thrilled to be able to provide Kendall Electric a more efficient space to meet electric materials and service needs of their customers in Chattanooga and surrounding areas” says Russell Elliott, Managing Broker of PCRE.
