PCRE's 2019 Completed Transactions Exceed $47 Million

CHATTANOOGA, TN, January 23, 2020 - Pointe Commercial Real Estate (PCRE), Chattanooga’s premier commercial real estate provider have announced their Completed Transactions for 2019.

According the Greater Chattanooga Realtors Commercial Council, PCRE ended the year with transaction volume exceeding $47 million; the highest dollar transaction volume of all local commercial real estate companies listed. These numbers were achieved through the expertise and proven leadership of Russell Elliott, SIOR, CCIM, Managing Broker and his colleague Jon Hughes, Broker. Elliott, individually, achieved the highest transaction volume of the Greater Chattanooga Realtors Commercial Council with over $36 million in transaction volume, and Jon Hughes’ individual achievements exceeded $11 million in transaction volume.
