New flex space and home to Lansing Building Products now complete!

CHATTANOOGA, TN, March 9, 2020 - Pointe Commercial Real Estate (PCRE), Chattanooga’s premier commercial real estate brokerage firm is pleased to announce the completion of a 60,000 square foot flex space at 3602 Elwood Lane, providing a new home for Lansing Building Products.

Lansing has experienced growth over the last 23 years, but recent demand created a need for a larger facility to provide the quality service Lansing promises.
